Join your company’s workspace
Accept an invitation and what to do if it is for a different email.
Your company invites you by email address. The invitation arrives as a link — by email, WhatsApp, SMS or anywhere else your admin shared it.
- Open the link on your phone or computer. If the app is installed it opens there.
- Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. Signing in with a different account will not work: the invitation is tied to that address so a forwarded link cannot be used by someone else.
- Tap Accept & join. You land in the workspace with the role your admin chose.
Signed in as someone else? The screen says so before you accept, and offers “Sign out and continue as …”. The invitation is kept while you sign in again.
