What you are told about, and clearing the list.
The bell on Dashboard lists report events: a report waiting for your approval, approved, sent back, rejected, paid, and trip updates. Tap one to open it; Back returns to the list, then to Dashboard.
Mark all as read keeps them in the list. Clear all empties it — you have a few seconds to Undo. Clearing never affects the reports themselves.
Chat messages are not listed here; they live in Messages with their own badge.
