The Work area
Where managers, finance and owners see other people’s money.
Reports has three parts: Reports (yours), Expenses (yours) and Work. Work appears for managers, admins, owners and anyone with Finance access.
- Team — how many reports are waiting on you, and the month’s approved, rejected and sent-back reports. Tap a tile to see the reports behind the number; tap a person to see their history.
- Finance — what is waiting to be paid, advances to pay out, GSTR-2B and card statements. Back from any of these returns to Work.
- Company (owners) — the month’s spend by team and category, and the approval backlog.
